HOW TO PREPARE FOR A SESSION

Come without expectations

Come with an open heart and an open mind for the best possible experience. 

Come once the hardest part of the grieving process is over.

If you are too early in the stages of grief and are coming to connect with someone who’s passing you have not come to terms with yet, you will not be ready for a mediumship session. The energy of grief is very difficult to process, but it is a natural process that cannot be hurried - the vibration of grief can make it too difficult for spirit to connect. 

Try not to talk too much

You are here for the reading, let Sean do most of the talking. Guide where you feel necessary but refrain from giving long-winded explanations.

Be in a calm & quiet environment with no distractions

This process requires your energy just as much as Sean’s, please show up for your session and be fully present.

Get excited!

The more excited you are, the more energy you give to the session and the more you will receive back! Spirit loves those higher vibrations. If you feel nervous before your session - that is totally normal. Nerves can work too, it's all energy.
